We want you to love your Tropeaka pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the garments are free from makeup or fragrance marks to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original Tropeaka mailer, ensuring all original tags and hygiene liners are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
